Vision: "Preparing to Serve" - Offer an academically and physically rigorous career pathway education for students in law enforcement
Our Monroe Police Academy cadets from 9th through 12th grade will take rigorous courses from a specialized curriculum, designed to teach our young men and women the demands of a career in the executive branch of government, and to prepare them for rapid advancement through the ranks of civilian and military law enforcement hierarchies.
